The job application(s) you download from this site are PDF's (Portable Document File).  If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can save the PDF to your computer and print out a blank application.  If you have Acrobat Professional, you can use your computer to fill out the application and then save it.  WARNING: 'Acrobat Reader' WILL NOT SAVE a filled out form.  It allows you to fill out the job application, however, the filled out form will not save. You can only save the information you type into a PDF with Acrobat Professional.

After you have clicked on the job application link above, save the PDF to your computer.  The PDF has been designed so that you can fill it out on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Professional.  Read the beginning information and instructions in the job application, then either click on the first form field or hit your tab key and begin filling in the appropriate information.  You can then tab through the rest of the form.  When you have completed your form, save it, print it out, sign (original signature only) and send the application to the address at the top of the job bulletin.

To send the application electronically instead, complete the application and send it to the email address listed for the Exam Coordinator on the Job Bulletin. If your application is accepted, your required signature will be obtained prior to appointment, as appropriate.
